On Wednesday the 22nd of May, BBC Panorama showed a programme about Whorlton Hall Hospital.
Whorlton Hall is owned by a company called Cygnet.
Cygnet is part of large American health business called Universal Health Services.
The journalist Olivia Davis worked undercover to film what was going on.
She found that people were being abused and bullied.
Some of the staff working at the hospital did things that they knew would upset people.
People have been very upset by what has happened.
Especially after politicians promised to change things after the scandal at Winterbourne View.
The MP Norman Lamb asked a question in the House of Commons
But Matt Hancock the person responsible for Health and Social Care in England and Wales
wasn't there to answer his questions. So Caroline Dinenage had to answer for him.
